Hiking the Twin Waterfalls nature trail in the springtime at Twin Falls State Park in West Virginia. This is a wonderful place to hike in the Springtime. My son and I are really enjoying this time here. We got to see both waterfalls this day.

A beautiful large Pink Dogwood Tree in the early springtime in West Virginia. This tree must be 40 feet wide and 30 feet tall the colors and flower blooms are simply amazing. What a rare sight to see such a pretty large pink flowering dogwood tree.

A beautiful winter snow High Definition mountain scene of a frozen lake. This is in Nicholas county West Virginia the day after a state of emergency was declared in this county because of the heavy snow fall. This lake is called Summit Lake, it is about 5 degrees considering the wind chill here. We are literally standing in the middle of the frozen lake.

Peaceful mountain flowers scene. This scene was chosen for one of our screensavers. The serenity and peace that is shown from this scene taken from a field of mountain laurel at Dolly Sods wilderness is the closest to heaven on earth I have ever been. No wonder why West Virginia is called Almost Heaven.

Hiking in the deep snow at Babcock State Park West Virginia. This snow is nearly three feet deep and I am hiking quite a ways from the main road down to the Grist Mill. This was an amazing photo trip as the Grist Mill was amazing. The pictures I got from this make great Christmas cards or Framed Art Gifts.

An amazing display of mountain laurel flowers along the northland loop trail at Dolly Sods West Virginia. The beauty here is beyond any video or picture can tell. You must see it for yourself to experience the splendor.

This was a pretty rough drive for our little Suzuki sx4 and our entire family of five. It took us nearly 3 hour to drive about 20 miles. There is an old abandoned hospital our here. It is a place called McKendree road West Virginia. It is a great place to offroad 4×4 West Virginia. I was surprised not to see too many trucks out here. Be prepared it is a long drive but well worth the trip.

A beautiful Spring time hike along Mill Creek at Hawks Nest State Park in West Virginia. This wonderful trail is very smooth and easy to hike or walk for anyone, it looks to be even easy enough for handicap accessibility. Many little waterfalls and beautiful scenes abound throughout this trail.
